Growly came in with a storefront that converted well on desktop and fell apart on mobile. We started by mapping the whole purchase path — discovery, product detail, cart, checkout — and counting the taps between wanting something and owning it. Eleven. We got it to five.
The redesign leans on a single product card that works everywhere, a persistent cart summary, and a checkout that never leaves the page. Everything ships as a Figma library the team maintains themselves, with tokens matched one-to-one to the front-end variables so a colour change lands in both places at once.
Six weeks from kickoff to handoff. Mobile conversion moved up 34% in the first month after launch, and support tickets about checkout dropped to almost nothing — the clearest signal that the flow finally reads the way people expect it to.
